Information we process

We process account and contact information you provide, proposal and company information you enter, payment and subscription status supplied by our payment processor, and technical usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve Veltex AI.

How information is used

We use information to provide the service, generate and store proposals, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, understand product performance, and communicate about the account and service. To decide what to improve, we look at combined usage counts across all customers (for example, how many proposals use each design or which features are used); these counts never include your customers' names, contact details or prices.

Service providers

We use specialized providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.

When you use AI features such as Speak a new bid, walkthrough photos or RFP upload, the text, photos or documents you choose are sent to our AI provider to prepare suggestions for you to review. Walkthrough photos are resized and stripped of location data on your device, kept private to your company, and deleted right after they are analyzed (any left behind, for example after a lost connection, are removed within a day). Uploaded RFP documents are kept private to your company and deleted right after they are read.

Retention and choices

We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
